Halifax Clarity exchange rate 18/05/2018

I'm currently in Spain and am using my Monzo card quite a lot. The transactions appear on my phone virtually instantly but always show the exchange rate as pending for a couple of days before going to the final figure.
The current rate that I'm getting is 1.14.0 -
Withdrawals even with a debit card (Metro in my case) can use a provisional rate - I did a withdrawal in Ireland recently, when I got home my available balance suggested that the sterling value had used one rate, but when the transaction was actually posted the following day a slightly different rate had been used and the sterling amount was a few pence different.0
