Ticks vanishing loosing track of entries

All of a sudden when I click the tick to say entered a competition when I refresh page they all vanish only happens on IPad at mo any ideas why this has started? It’s only the tick the crosses it remembers

I also get this when I use a tablet to enter comps. Try this: when you touch to tick thanks, hold the button for a little longer. Then refresh the page. If it still shows as ticked, it should stay there. You just need to get used to how long to press the tick for.
