Concurrent travel policies

Hi, is it permissible to run two travel policies one after the other; not at the same time. I intend to travel for approximately 60 days but my travel insurance with my bank only covers 30 days. Can take out additional insurance to cover the remaining 30 days? TIA

Check the T and C's of any travel policy in the Uk and it will state that you must travel from and to UK within x (the number of days the policy covers)days.
So in this instance unless you travel back to UK and start again on day 31 it won't work.
Have you thought of asking your present insurer to extend the cover for an extra premium?
