I want to connect x box 360 through wireless laptop but no DNS code

My son wants to connect the x box 360 through the wireless laptop but you have to enter the dns code manualy.
When we were with one tel there was no problem and the x box worked fine but now were with aol they cannot give us a dns code as they said it is automatic and changes every time you log in,you need to enter it manualy and they say their is no dns code to give us.
Has anyone any ideas what to do please.
The only other option is buying a wireless network adaptor for the x box and they are £50 to £70.
The things you do just to get a free laptop ehh ! :D

  • In my honest opinion you should just bite the bullet and pay for the wireless xbox adaptor. Its a great bit of kit and will save you all the messing about.
