Injured veteran son living with us

Is there anything we can claim for our son who has been discharged from the Army with a war pension and is been living with us since September 2016 after break down with his marriage due to his injuries

Note: War pension is disregarded income for UC.
I think only £10 is disregarded foe ESA, so if not in a full UC Service area try exploring if War Pensioners Unemployability Supplement is a possibility.
