Moving out - issues

I have moved out of my rented house recently and having issues with the LLs re: some stuff on my chrck ou inventory.

I moved out early (with their agreement so long as rent was paid up and all bills, which have been). Did my professional clean on the 26th, handed keys back on the 28th. Check out wasn’t done until the 14th which is 2 days before my tenancy officially ended, and was done by a professional inventory company.

Obviously the check out notes that some stuff is dusty with the odd small cobweb, plus that the garden needs a cut and there are some small weeds (also noted on check in). I was happy enough with this.

Two days later I get an ‘amended check out report’ which lists damage to a kitchen cupboard that wasn’t listed on the initial report and was ‘added at the requst of the landlords’.

I have subsequently found out that my LLs went into the property on the interim day.

LL is trying to charge me for cleaning, gardening, the damage to the cupboard and a cracked plastic drawer in the freezer (which I think should be classed as FW&T since the freezer is about 10 years old...!)

I am pretty much disputing all of this since it was done and I have receipts for the cleaning, the state of the garden was noted on check in and the damage noted AFTER the initial inventory (plus the LLs have a proven history if going into the property without notifying me, and didn’t notify me that they were going in to the property on the 15th when my tenancy ended on the 16th...)

Where do I stand on all of this?
