Urgent Help Needed - Excel

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.
My sister parked in Cavendish retail Park in Keighley when Excel Parking were overseeing the car park.
She was working at Sports Direct shop at the time and was told by her manager not to pay. If you use the shops or the gym, the parking fee is reimbursed/not charged. As she was neither a customer or a gym member, she had no real way to get any parking fee back.
She had one notice to keeper (arrived after the time - roughly 60 days later). It went to court and she defended it, saying she was the driver but she was told to park there by her boss. The judge didn't listen to anything as she admitted it. He said the manager didn't have the authority to say she could park there without paying (even though Sports Direct own the car park).
Even though there was bogus evidence in the pack and the NTK was late, the case went in Excels favour. She had written repeatedly to Sports Direct and nobody got back to her.
During this time, she got another court letter in the post. She had received a letter about this before they applied to court but no NTK in this case. Her defence has just been struck out (because the court didn't receive her directions questionnaire back) and she has to pay again.
A bit of background; this was a temporary christmas job on minimum wage when she was pregnant. When she received the paperwork, she couldn't deal with it properly as she had postnatal depression, a new baby and a relationship breakdown to contend with. She did seek advice but wasnt really given much help and she was unsure where to go for help.
I want to know how to help because she has had to pay more than double what she earned for parking there when told to. If she hadnt have been told by her manager that she could park there, she wouldve parked elsewhere because the car park was notorious for fining people for ridiculous reasons.
I dont think the first case was heard fairly; shouldnt the judge have taken into account that Excel submitted false evidence and the NTK was out of time?
How does she go about claiming the money back from Sports Direct?

Nope because she admitted she was driving so the NTK wasn't ''out of time''. And clearly the DJ felt the Claimant's evidence was stronger.I dont think the first case was heard fairly; shouldnt the judge have taken into account that Excel submitted false evidence and the NTK was out of time?
If she wants to sue Sports Direct she should read up on small claims procedures, but having lost one winnable PPC case by saying who was driving, then losing another by failing to return (or keep proof of posting) the DQ, I don't hold out huge hopes of her being able to win a claim v Sports Direct when she has no evidence, only hearsay, that she was told to park there by a Manager.
And that case is not something we can really assist with, a claim against Sports Direct isn't a PCN case. Good luck to her but how can she show evidence of what she was 'told'?
She can't. Sad - but being realistic.
She should get her own back by adding weight to all the complaints to MPs, and even email a summary to Sir Greg Knight (the MP responsible for the Parking Bill mentioned in the NEWBIES thread) about how she lost all her Christmas wages due to Excel, twice over.
I think her story is terribly upsetting, that money went to Excel instead of the honest, ordinary genuine person doing a real job. Can't stand these money-grabbing firms. How bloody dare they sue employees, these firms are responsible for adding to the downturn in retail store use because people are literally driven away from ever going to some locations, by PPCs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
