Working Tax Application

Quick question... Single claimant claims working & child tax, partner then moves in and claim is stopped. Relationship doesn't work out and partner moves out two months later. Claimant makes a fresh claim for working & child tax as partner has moved out, will the HMRC ask for wage details of the partner who has moved out?

No, not unless there was a joint claim made at any point.
