Hi sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I cant find anywhere else it may go.
My elderly father wants to leave a will ,he hasnt much but wants a few personnal things to go to certain people,he also wants me to plan things after hes not around.
Are we able to do write a will ourselves and if so who can we get to witness so its all official?
many thanks.

I paid £80 + VAT for a solicitor to write and witness my will, which I think is a small price for ensuring my wishes are correctly recorded.0
