Clearscore Financial Connection

I have an incorrect financial connection on Clearscore. It doesn't appear on Experian and Noddle.

I wrote to Equifax using their form. They wrote back and told me to contact Clearscore.

I can't contact Clearscore because their daft FAQs say you have to fill in a dispute form which I cannot locate anywhere on their website:



Any ideas?

It looks like if you select "yes" at the bottom it brings up the rest of the form
