It says I have virus and phishing problems, before I click on it is it genuine?

You likely have malware on your machine.
Run the 2 following programs in order to rid yourself of it ..

It's probably not an infection but a pop up on another site
For safety though do a full scan with malwarebytesEx forum ambassador

Completely ignore the stuff at the front about Microsoft.com - it's what's just before the first slash which is important! :eek:0 -
