another swiftcover COMPLAINT/help needed

I requested my proof of NCB from Swiftcover by logging into my Swiftcover account and sending secure email to them. Had reply within 24 hours stating it would be with me in 14 days via post, but it arrived after just 2! I was impressed with them.

I changed from swiftcover to Sainsbury and was also asked to supply a letter for proof of ncd. They did not accept printouts but did tell me that Swiftcover must send out letters if asked and that was the law.
I gave them a call and was assured that the proof would be sent out within a few days. Of course it did not arrive so I called them again, only to be disappointed again. It was at the 3rd time of asking(5 or 6 weeks after I initially called them) that they finally managed to get their act together and ended up sending 2 letters.
I got the impression from Sainsbury that they would have eventually contacted Swifcover themselves but only after all other avenues were exhausted.
So I say to anyone in this position, keep hounding Swiftcover and remind them that they are obligated to provide the proof.
