Legal and General Home Emergency cover

How’s this for having Home Emergency cover.
Was in my home today, when I went to leave my lock had broken with the key in, front door.
Back door key was with my wife at work.
Called Legal and General ‘Home Emergency’, and they said they would not get someone to come out as my home was NOT insecure!!
Basically I was stuck indoors, and they would not get a key company to come out and fix lock..
I had to try and force the lock to open,which it eventually did, and I will now replace..
But what’s the problem here, I took the Home Emergency for that bit of security.
Thanks the lot LEGAL and GENERAL, I won’t be looking to renew my policy with you again...0-10 no compassion what so ever.

If you thought insurance is about compassion then perhaps you need a bit more than a new insurance policy.
