So we bought an LG Fridge Freezer in December, delivered in January

Went wrong last week.

LG sent an engineer..not sure what's wrong but could be the control board.

Currys and LG flatly refusing to replace it.

Whos' to say it won't go wrong after it's repaired. Very very unhappy. Have sent stinking letter to Currys Head office.

Another lesson in "Don't buy from Curry's" I had a problem with a new LG TV. Co-incidentally it needed the control card replacing. I bought it from John Lewis. All done without fuss or complaint.

If it does then you will have the option of a refund.

They have a right to repair, regardless of you or your wife’s feelings towards this.

If it fails again you can request a refund, but you are not entitled to a replacement at this point.

I used to be on the receiving end of stinking letters to a major retailer, they were filed under B for bin :)

If this was new (less than 30 days) Curry’s would have exchanged it - rather a moot point.
