I'm in need of some advice please.
I'm closing down my savings account with ING and am looking to transfer my money to another high interest savings account, me and my wife are maxed up on ISAs
I do not like ICICI so would never use them, ICESAVE look ok but I have heard that transfers take an age and customers have had problems with monies paid in not showing on the accounts.
What are bradford and bingley like with their?
customer service
Transfer time
How safe are B+B at the moment did I hear they were experiencing problems in the same way that Northern Rock did.
Any other advice about B+B would be helpful to me.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Planemad
We have just opened a bradford and bingley....it seems fine so far. The reason we opened it was because of the high interest rate. We have an ING which we opened when that was high with a few pounds in it as we wanted to be sure of collecting every penny of interest before closing it.
