We bought a toothbrush for use in our caravan in July 2017. It was used very infrequently and stopped charging either in the caravan or when tested at home. We purchased it from Tescos who refused to exchange without the receipt which we no longer have.
Called Braun and they are sending a replacement.
Excellent customer service from them and saved us money replacing it.
