Spark energy.....grrrr!
hi all,
I posted on here recently that Spark energy had not credited my account with the Warm Home discount I was entitled to.
I received emails from Spark and they agreed I should have had the discount and they would pay me the discount either by a credit on my account or by cheque - I opted for the cheque.
Cheque received - its all good I thought.....but No!!!! Spark have sent me a cheque but then deducted the money to pay for the cheque from MY account!!! - so in other words I have paid myself the discount out of my money!!
I have emailed Spark again to see what the hell is going on... grrrr!
You know I used to be a nice calm person - but then I had to deal with Spark energy... (and prior to that Utilita...OMG I thought they were bad...) - perhaps every new account should come with a free prescription of Valium??
