I transferred my ISA from another provider last year and in the 8-9 months I was invested with evestor I lost a small amount (<1% after fees, so pretty much break-even).

My bank has now set up an investment service, so I decided to transfer out the funds to the bank, which I have done via the bank rather than approaching evestor directly.

I submitted the request to transfer out about 3 weeks ago. The funds disappeared from my evestor account within a week, but so far have not materialised with my bank, which is pretty disappointing. I am assuming they are busy earning interest somewhere...:(

During this time I have not received any communication or notification from evestor. I've now sent them a message so we'll see how they respond.

    Frying pan to fire.

"This account allows you to choose your own investments for your ISA with an annual administration charge of £12.50 per year. All real-time online trades cost just £12.50 commission, or you can set up a regular scheduled investment into your ISA for £2 commission per stock."

Just read this on their website.  Do you know what the cost is of making an occasional buy please? (not in real time)  It says it is £2 for scheduled investments, is it the same?  I like the flexibility of doing it myself.

Also, do you have a link for which funds are available for purchase on their platform?  The more info link on their website is broken.  Not a great start :  )

Further on my Evestor mail. Now I want to pull out (I am transferring to my other S&S ISA with HL, I find that even if cashing in or transferring cash you do have to wait 4+ days for them to sell off your investments -  so in a bear market you could lose money between asking to cash in and getting your cash!
Do they take four days to input the trade or is it four days to allow for settlement?
HL (and other platforms) have funds with T+2 and T+3.
Well I submitted a transfer form to H&L and when I checked today my Evestor account is as it was - so transfer has not yet started 13 days on. I still think Evestor are a good cheap place to put 20K pa if you are happy for them to make safeish choices and are in no hurry to pull out ever and know nothing about the market . My 20k is currently 19,900 which is not too bad with the Covid crash. I was going to post a picture of my statement but that's beyond this site

Sorry missed this message at the time but it's £12.50 for an adhoc buy or sell trade but from memory when I had an account with HSD they offered a few different points in the month where you could do a scheduled buy trade for the £2 rate. If you are not going to be in a regular pattern then you may find iWeb's pricing more attractive.
