Indigo ‘Penalty Notice’

Hi everyone,

would really appreciate any advice in regard to a Penalty Notice received

The car was parked in train station car park.
Car not obstructing anyone and not blocking any barriers. There are no signs at all in this part of the car park and double yellow lines are on the right hand side due to it being a one way drive through that links the car park.

penalty notice received for parking in an !!!8216;unauthorised area!!!8217;.

There are no signs saying unauthorised area. The vehicle was not obstructing any other cars or pedestrians nor are there any signs round that side of the car park advising of any charges by indigo!

At the top of the notice it talks about Byelaw 14 but when I!!!8217;ve looked into this briefly that just says should not park obstructing trains etc and this Isn!!!8217;t the case

if you read the NEWBIES FAQ near the top of this forum , or any other INDIGO STATION thread , your "situation" is irrelevant

the fact is that its a railway issue and so covered by bylaws, and if you had read various indigo threads you would know that a keeper isnt liable and that after 6 months they cannot take anyone to magistrates court either

hence why you remain as KEEPER and appeal with the template

what happened to the driver has no bearing on anything a keeper says or does , because a keeper is not liable

if you dont understand these core issues, you have not read enough INDIGO STATION or INDIGO RAILWAY threads , so please do so , after submitting the template appeal to INDIGO ON DAY 25 OR DAY 26 FOLLOWING THIS INCIDENT

AND EDIT POST #1 AND REMOVE ANY HINT OF WHO WAS DRIVING

what happened on the day happened to the DRIVER
they have no idea who the driver was , so let it stay that way

THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THE WORDS "ME , MYSELF & I" IN ANYTHING YOU SAY OR WRITE

ok , put this simply (as you have not read indigo/station cases)

bylaws , , only the train Co can take you to court , MAGISTRATES court , not a trumped french mob ,

appeal or not it will be declined , there is no POPLa appeal , all you do is make sure it gets past 6 mths as that is the max time limit the train co have to bring charges

PS: they CANt , because indigo cant give your details to them

now please read the newbies thread regarding appeals and debt collectors (in your case it will be zzps/drp) and read indigo threads

forget the free parking thing , wrong place , its a bloody goverment legalized scam

    Then do that search again.

The second result on that list is a thread that currently has 47 replies.

Read that thread to better understand your situation.

Please type 'Indigo railway' in as a search, & read those threads. All the same, all on repeat.

This has NOTHING to do with what the alleged contravention was, so stop looking for something ''the same''. Every case is the same. Your case is exactly the same as all the other Indigo Railway ones and there is nothing else to add while you let the six months tick down.

It is a scam and very simple to get past the 6 months. No, nothing happens.

If you even consider paying it you owe me £5k. That's the waamo penalty for even thinking of paying it. Hopefully that will put you off.

If it doesn't I can give details of how to pay your waamo penalty.

I love not getting the waamo penalty. Indigo are really straightforward. Just ask pointless and inane questions for 6 months.

Every time they reply write back about a month later saying you don't understand. They love playing mail tennis.
