In any case, this thread has been resurrected after over a year.

Not Doncaster I know 100% that our refuse men are hired and employed by my own employer who is the council.

I’m not trying to be obtuse just saying that not all of them are:)

Yeah my council still employ direct their employees for this service too and I know that for a fact because a friend of mine works in thatveey role.
