Acer T660 Warranty Question?

hi folks,
i have just bought an acer t660 from asda today which has a 1 year warranty with it.
i know there are companies that sell this pc with the 3 year extended warranty for this pc but they were to expensive so i only bought the pc from asda. i know that the 3 warranty i am after is about £40.
is it possible for me to upgrade the warranty to the 3 year option with any of the other companies that are selling them and do you know if acer will let me upgrade this and how much it costs/where the info is cos i cant seem to find any info on upgrading a 1 year warrany?
