I am in the process of switching to you Eversmart energy would like ro know why i am paying for the energy a month in advance by direct debit, i cant remember having to do this with anyone eles?

    I have recently joined them this is not uncommon for smaller companies to do this. I am happy to as the price is very competitive. At 11.57p per kw and no standing charge and a bonus of £20 at the end of the term has to be one of the best deals around. However only drawback very basis online portal and has crashed again.

    Also keep a manual record of your readings. I refused a smart meter until they are able to communicate with each other.
