Hi there - this is my first post, so I hope this post is in the right place!
We are with E.ON for our gas and electricity. They installed a “Liberty 100” Smart Meter (manufactured by Secure Meters), and we have asked E.ON for a User Guide, or URL / pdf of the manual, but they have just told us to look online....
We have spent ages looking, but can’t find it - we just wondered if anyone may have the link please?
Any assistance would be very gratefully received!

Do all the readings on your bills have the letter E for Estimated against them ? Read your meter following the instructions in the link - usually button 9, ignore the numbers after the very difficult to see decimal point - and give them to your supplier.
.
Get into the habit of reading your meters at least monthly

After 3 months and 3 smets2 and 2 Smets1 meters nothing is working.
when the original Smets2 was fitted it would not fit in the original place and after being assured that it would work we agreed that it could be placed just below ceiling level. We could look at the IHD for readings.
the 5th and final meter is dumb and as we don’t want to climb to take readings (we are both over 70) so we would like to re-site the meter.
my question is, can the Liberty 100 meter run as a dumb meter without the top communications box?
