Am I first time buyer or not?

Hope someone can help! My husband passed away 3 years ago and the house was in his name only. However he left the house to me in his Will and I had to go through Probate. My question is, as I'm looking to buy and move to another house, am I classed as a First Time buyer? I've never owned a house until now ! Thank you.

You own the house that your husband left you. A first time buyer is someone who has never owned a house. Not just someone who has never bought one.0
