    OK I'll give you that one... providing you accept that anything that involves buying a house in the current market is the same as throwing money away.
    Bankruptcy isn't the worst that can happen to you. The worst that can happen is your forced to live the rest of your life in abject poverty trying to repay the debts.

    Only if the area you buy in has a correction, Some areas are so short of properties and have full employment that they will buck the national trend.
    As always do your homework/research if you don't you deserve to lose money
