Hi , I phoned for my husband to go from dla to pip , panicked on the phone and said no to using previous dla evidence , I've tried to ring them this evening on the helpline number they gave me for pip but they are shut for the weekend .should I phone them and ask for it to be changed or should I ring someone else ? What do I do ?

Ring them on Monday.
Also when you get the PIP2 form put a note on that asking them to use the DLA evidence.
You could also include all the DLA evidence with the PIP form with a note explaining why older evidence has been included.
I'm assuming the condition will not improve, so previous DLA evidence remains relevant.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

Don't rely on them to look at DLA evidence, and definitely don't expect them to. They don't usually. Treat the PIP application as if it's the first time you've been involved with the DWP. Fill in the form fully, and send as much relevant evidence as you can.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
