QDR Solicitors Letters

Basically, I have had a parking ticket from Indigo for parking at a train station (lack of ticket). This was followed by a letter from the Indigo PCN Admin Centre and then a letter from ZZPS. Finally, I have now received a letter from QDR solicitors saying:
"We have been instructed by ZZPS Limited, who are acting on behalf of Indigo Park Solutions UK Limited in connection with the recovery of the above debt.....blah blah.... require full payment to be made within 14 days.
Failure to make payment in full or contact us to discuss repayment of this debt may result in us recommending to the Car Park Operator that the matter be enforced through criminal court proceedings. Such proceedings would require your attendance before the Magistrates Court. ETC ETC"
The PCN was dated 19/01/18 and the debt requested now is £182.
Obviously I am stupid for not responding to Indigo or ZZPS but my question is, is it too late now to write to ZZPS with the standard template letter or is there a standard letter I should write to QDR? I don't know whether to ignore QDR and direct any communication to ZZPS or not.
Apologies, I know you get very frustrated with all of the questions but I genuinely couldn't find an answer to this on the newbies post.
Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

As a side note, I did follow the advice of posts on here and sent a letter for the above PCN to ZZPS but they have clearly ignored that and ploughed straight on to QDR Solicitors0

Read up on railway bylaws.
Lots regards this in the Newbies FAQ and other threads.
Also see #4 in the FAQ regarding ignoring debt collectors1 -
They can recommend to the car park operator all they like, but only the TOC can take a bye law case to court, in the unlikely event that happened neither QDR (who are acting as debt collectors) ZZPS or Indigo would get anything. So they aren't being straight are they?
This needs to string out for six months and you can forget it1 -

No-one pays them. Read some Indigo railway threads, that's what 'search this forum' is for.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

All has been said above.
Whilst a magistrates court tends to deal more
with criminals than a county court, for QDR giving
you the impression you could be a criminal is disgusting
and shows how low they have stooped over a parking
ticket.
QDR are a quirky offshoot of Wright Hassall Solicitors
who themselves got a very bad reputation for their
involvement in the great parking scam
More fool them for still dabbling in the black arts

I`ve received a letter from QDR asking for payment for petrol at a filling station which I have never visited.
QDR say it is my car which was driven away without paying.
My car was in my drive all day on the day in question and I and my husband who live alone were at home - it was in the middle of lock-down.
I do not want to pay the £33 demanded.
What do I do?0 -
What do I do?This is a private parking forum, we wouldn't deal with alleged non-payment for petrol. Try posting a new thread (not jumping on another poster's thread) in the main 'Motoring' forum. Click on the 'Go to Category' box, top r/h of this page to navigate there. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you think that QDR have acted improperly, report them to the SRA
https://www.sra.org.uk/Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up later this year,
Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these companies, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Look at window stickers and things that are different about that vehicle and tell the DVLA that it is not your vehcile and to retract the data and put this right.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
