Buildings Insurance for Freeholder

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone could advise me.
I've been to insurance websites, but am never sure how to get the right sort of insurance to cover what I need. This is the situation:
Three converted flats in a terraced house all with separate owners
Each has their own contents insurance
Two owner-occupiers
One rented out to tenants
I am one of the owner occupiers, and myself and the other two owners have the freehold.
I am looking to renew / take out buildings insurance as of end November, but cannot seem to find the right product! Can anyone advise me of companies that will provide insurance to cover this? Wherever I look it's either landlord insurance, or for one property, or shared accommodation - not one building with different flats in!
Thanks if anyone can help.

Hang on - what are you trying to buy?
Are you going to get one insurance policy for the whole building, then split it amongst the 3 freeholders (and have they agreed?)... or are you just getting buildings insurance for your flat?

Insurance policy for the whole building. We purchased the freehold and its current policy from the previous freeholder earlier this year. The current policy is through a broker who provides insurance for landlords and multiple property owners only, so cannot requote us for next year (previous freeholder was a multiple owner) - it was provided by Norwich Union, I *think*.
I manage the freehold on behalf of everyone else, so am looking to get some quotes for the three of us to agree on who to go with.
Thanks for the response.

ETA - obviously I can call NU direct for a quote, but I'd like to get a number of quotes; yet on websites I just can't see the sort of option which would cover us - of course, it must be there!' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0

If anyone has any suggestions of insurers to contact, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks.

You probably need a broker using conventional means. The internet sites try and cherry pick the easy stuff and leave the more difficult stuff to the brokers. Most towns have brokers operating in them so give them a try.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
