Assaulted at work. No right to self-defence

Assuming that this isn't a load of old crock, then two observations:
1. You said that it was you originally, then said that it wasn't actually you. If it wasn't actually you, then you're getting second hand information, and giving it to posters on here third hand. Lots of space for errors to occur. Ever played Chinese Whispers?
2. You go to college - current tense. The person that this happened to is already employed by the school, so presumably has completed college (which implies Teaching Assistant rather than a teacher, as a teacher would attend university). So, you really can't say what happened in the classes that your 'friend' attended, as you were not there.
