Bad tenants!

Is there a site where landlords can name and shame bad tenants?

I doubt it as I imagine that they could be accused of libel.

However, if there is one, I imagine it'll be on the same site as one that allows tenants to name and shame bad landlords

Also, there are many John Smiths in the world (example). Without breaching data protection laws how exactly would you propose they were named and shamed?

Yes. Court, they get a CCJ if debts not paid promptly & credit checks find this so loans, credit & future rentals are hard.

i.e. stay within the legal system
