So I am to advise them of the keepers address when they finally reply?

I thought it was up to them to do all of the searching.

if they did it all, then they would obtain the keeper details from the DVLA and so you would have one less appeal point

usual practice is a keeper appeals as keeper, with pcn ref , an email address , name and postal address

If their appeals procedure requires the keeper's name and address for service, withholding it will give them every reason not to respond as you haven't followed the process. Their 28-day appeal window will close and you won't get your POPLA Code.

No POPLA Code - no chance of getting this killed off, then 6 years of uncertainty as to whether they will issue court proceedings against you.

You've pretty much wasted the appeal as set out in the NEWBIES thread.

The entire point is to STOP them going to the DVLA.

Appeal again, this time with the darn postal address, obviously. The Newbies thread even tells people right under the template appeal to add the POSTAL address, which I reckon is extreme spoon-feeding, personally.

I actually hate the fact I have to say the blinking obvious.

Of course you have to give your postal address...

PLEASE read the advice as given. PLEASE just appeal properly.

And be ready to repeat the appeal a THIRD time to the Housing Association before you get that POPLA code.

There will be no outcome if you don't supply them with an address.

You will miss the winning appeal opportunities, and will find yourself waiting anxiously for six years wondering whether of not a County Court Claim Form will find you.

It is even possible that a County Court Judgment will be filed against you without you having any opportunity to defend yourself.

Best you heed the advice given in bold by Coupon-mad.

    No.

Are you not reading what we said? There will be no ''outcome'' to a non-existent 'appeal' from an unidentified random person with no postal address.

Then Wing will approach the DVLA for the keeper's name & address and send a NTO/NTK, whcih you do NOT want.

JUST GIVE AN ADDRESS. ANY ADDRESS WHERE YOU CAN COLLECT THE LETTER.

They replied to the appeal with a NTK via email. I added the address as adviced.

They havent let me know if the appeal was successful or not, they only sent a NTK.

A NTK is not a reply to the appeal. A NTK is just something they've sent.

I would follow up the appeal outcome though, by email, ask where your rejection and next stage of appeal is (you already know the first stage does not get a POPLA code from wing, old you that there are 3 stages with them). I said that earlier:
And be ready to repeat the appeal a THIRD time to the Housing Association before you get that POPLA code.

And it's covered in every Wing thread you search for and read. Do not miss a stage.

    Hi All,

So now I am really confused. Wing refused my appeal and in the appeal gave a name of the client.

Within the 14days I sent an appeal to the client. The client took a week to reply then responded saying I need to contact the PCM directly and they will not be able to assist.

Why did Wing parking mention them as their Client if when I sent the 2nd stage appeal they could not help? Now I do not have a popla code or know how to persist.
