Disneyland Paris - When is best to go?

I want to take the children to Disneyland Paris in 2008. I have to take them in the "dreaded" school hols as I work in a pre-school and can't take the time off.
When do you think would be best? Are all school hol's mega busy or are some slightly quieter than others?
I was thinking of going either in Feb half-term or Easter (possibly June?)
Any advice/tips would be gratefully received. Also what hotel would you recommend? I've heard Santa Fe isn't so good.
