Park Indigo appeals

The car was parked with a ticket displayed on the dash passenger side which also partially appears in the images taken on the operators PDA. As another car was parked so close an actual dashboard image was not taken. So despite sending the evidence of a weekly ticket and an image of the ticket on the dash. Park Indigo refused the appeal that was made. This was also raised to BPA who refused to acknowledge that a breach had been made. Where do I go from here as Park Ingio refuse to listen. Thank you

Go to your MP and Trading Standards. Major complaints about this sharp practice.

    Do not pay.

Surprisingly Indigo are more than happy to play a game of slow tennis mails. Other posters have got a time out sending four or five letters.

Yup it is that easy. The first 3 can be asking why can't a POPLA code be issued and what are byelaws?

No need for advice; other threads are here. This is also already covered in the NEWBIES thread.
