    that's ten working, days, so more like two weeks in real terms. Then if you are setting up a monthly DD, the first paydate must be at least another 4 working days out from there.

    I assume OP is talking about being able to use the PO account to create Direct Debits in order to satisfy the requirements of bank account switching, for rewards (which you are no longer able to do with the Tosco saver). Why the secrecy, I'm not sure..
