Inaction by Claims company got my case closed.

So instead of simply contacting the Claim Company, you have been asking the Legal Ombudsman where you will stand in six months time if you still haven't been paid? You've also contacted Wonga directly to see if they've received your acceptance, but again have made no contact with the CMC?If they really have forgotten about my case, do I wait until the 6 month deadline for the Wonga offer acceptance is up because it will strengthen my case that their service has been terrible so I can try to keep more of my refund
What you are doing is frankly ridiculous in my opinion. I'll leave you to it...:eek:I am not going to chase them, just going to see how much longer it takes to get my payment.0
