Help please I've just recieved a CVS letter for a parking fine from Jan 2018! I've had no prior notice and they state that due to interest I now owe £208. It was for parking on train station car park on a verge as there were o spaces. My fault re parking but to now try and fine this amount after 2 years how can this be???

The actual costs vs risk/time are what concerns me.
Does not the fact that an MP stated recently in the HofC that some of these companies may have links to organised crime?
