Overstayed Parking at Tesco

Hi All

Just received a charge notice from highview parking for overstaying at Tesco carpark 1h 15 mins longer with a pictures of my car and a plate number dated 13/04/2018 along with a letter from tesco saying that i was informed as there are signage at entrance etc and also that my car was already parked longer that the maximum stay time on 3/04/2018 i cant even remember -.- what was the reason i work close to tesco carpark but i just cant remember why i have parked there

is there any chance i can have this fine cancelled ?

Ive tried to add photos of the notice but im not alowed

    If you are using Tesco's car park while working elsewhere that's not on is it?

    However, it's not a fine, it's only Highview all the information is here, I have yet to see a Tesco/Highview car park with signage anywhere near adequate LOL!

    Highview is the very very easiest one to appeal, like taking candy from a baby.

    Just to clarify can i appeal straight away ?

    also when i went to highview parking webiste and logged in to appeal its asking me to tick one of the below :

    Tick here to confirm that you were the driver and that the PCN you have received contains the correct information
    Tick here to confirm that you were not the driver or that the PCN you have received contains incorrect inform

    then do i just copy and paste tamplate ?

    incorrect information (because as keeper you are not liable)

    edit post #1 to remove any hint of who was driving

    what happened on the day happened to the driver

    they are only alleging that the vehicle overstayed, because that is all they are aware of , dont make it easy for them

    the only words to use are THE DRIVER and THE KEEPER, no "ME , MYSELF & I"
