Buy to let furniture idea

This summer I bought a flat which I intended to part furnish and let out to students. From doing some research it seems that most students will have a few things they want to bring to a property so it best to leave some space for their furniture. I didn’t have much money to buy brand new furniture but I was aware that smart looking furniture can really make my property stand out. After several hours of research on the web I found a company called Buy To Let furnishings (http://www.buytolet-furnishings.co.uk) who rent out extremely smart furniture packs for a very reasonable price specifically for rental properties. This is something that I didn’t know existed and it’s worked so well for me that I thought I would pass the information on as I know I would have been interested to read about this during my search. :T
