The only way to evaluate the quote is to read in written form, along with the full terms and conditions. You can then see whether it includes everything that other firms are including.

Yes, and a lot of people who are buying below the SDLT threshold assume that the form does not need to be completed, but they are in for a shock.
You really need to watch out for lots of small print that refers to extras of one kind or another that you may think won't apply - but they may well do - e.g. completion in less than 21 days from exchange - apart from some newbuilds, the norm is around 7-14 days.RICHARD WEBSTER
