Special evening in with other half...

Hi all
Just a quick one...
I'm having a cosy night in tonight with my lovely other half. I've been feeling very depressed recently and he's been great, lovely and supportive so wanted to say thankyou. We also had a ridiculous argument on Monday and both cried (LOL) so it's my way of saying sorry for being silly.
I wanted some ideas of what I can do... I want to make something nice but not too complicated, and also I'm envisioning a picnic blanket on the living room floor with tea lights and wine because a) my little girlies will be in bed and b) the kitchen table fell to bits last week
Any romantic food/special evening ideas welcomed (nothing too x-rated please!) I'm veggie (which means he will be too LOL.)

Go for sloppy stuff - feed each other asparagus spears dipped in melted butter, strawberries dipped in melted chocolate etc. Pick any meaningful songs which remind you of good times, search out a nice poem to recite.0

Finger foods, you can feed each other.
turn off the telly, if your feeling really brave kill the music and grab a board game (it will get you talking and laughing together).
The other thing would be turn on the soothing music, make sure the room is warm and crack open the massage oil0 -
