Selling car, can only find half my v5c

Hi all,
I am due to sell my old car to Evans halshaw, a competitor of webuy any car, tomorrow afternoon.
They have asked for the v5c as you would expect and state no document no purchase.
I can only find half mine! The old paper must has slit down the spine at some point.
Luckily the bit I have is the back page - section 9-11.
Is this enough for the sale to happen?
Thanks all

No, because you do not have the part you are resopnsible for sending off to inform of change of owner and you should not trust them (whomever it eventually goes to) to have to pay out money to get a replacement for your error. Maybe they will just let you get all the fines.

Easier to get a new copy before doing it. Especially with EH in the mix.

Yes but in that case the dealer need the rest of the form to fill it in for change of owner when they get rid of it.

I'm Sure EH will not care and just givethe new owner the v5c, but you will continue to be the official keeper. Is that what you want?

Thanks for the info, I do appreciate it but no need to be all sarcastic about it. Clearly I want to do it correctly or I wouldn't be asking.

I didn't read it as sarcastic, the price to pay for a replacement is small in the grand scheme of things.

The problem I have with getting a replacement is time, my insurance on the old car ends in 10 days

I wouldn't imagine it will take 10 days for a replacement to arrive, once the verifications and payment is completed, 2-3 working days.
