Booking.com free cancellation

Hi all,
I am new here but just wondered if anyone could help.
I booked a few B&B's on booking.com last month, all with free cancellation until mid-June and cancelled all but one the day after I booked one.
I then noticed that one of the B&B's that I had booked had already taken £355 out of my account. On the website it said this is normal and should be refunded within 2 weeks.
2 weeks passed and still no refund. I have contacted booking.com at least 20 times about this and they have been less than helpful, I have also emailed the B&B through the booking.com website but have had no response.
Unfortunately I booked the B&B on my debit card by accident as it was my saved card, so don't have the same leeway as with a credit card.
Has anyone else had similar issues with booking.com?

It was called Il Balcone Sul Duomo.
Have had real trouble trying to find any contact for them outside of booling.com.0 -
