1) why are you responding to the LL or the solicitors - you just drag this out. Stop.

2) the tenants are overseas - no British Court can force them to return. any judgement made against them in their absence will be unenforcible if they remain overseas.

3) without an inventory, the LL will have difficulty pursuadng a court that the condtion of the property att the end of the tenancy was worse than at the start

4) there is no requirement for a 'deep clean'

5) there is no requuremet to giv notice at the end of a fixed term tenancy

This will go nowhere. Ignore. stop responding and wasting your time.
