Thanks Fosterdog. The shop is not far. Every time we had a paper missing we would tell them same day. Sometimes we would get a replacement (but then not owe the delivery) and sometimes they had run out. When we settled they would often have "forgotten" about the non-deliveries or not accounted for them.
