PCN: Civil Enforcement Ltd

Hi everyone, new to the forum, a little overwhelming, lots of golden nuggets!
I've read through the first post of the newbie guide and wanted to ensure I was doing the right thing before I start appealing.

The "ticket":
xxx.imageupload.co.uk/image/EuGD

As the owner of the vechile it had been alleged that i overstayed a parking time limit of 3 hours at a retail store and have been provided with inages of the vechile with a driver inside it entering and leaving a junction near the retail store.

I am going to use the template from the newbie guide and just wanted to ensure it was "fitting" for my case.

many thanks as always

Yes, send the template as it is. No additions or changes required.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.

The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Make sure you appeal as the KEEPER of the vehicle.

With that in mind, you should perhaps edit your opening post.
It was the VEHICLE that overstayed.

There is no place for the word 'I' when describing events on the day.

The private parking companies trawl forums like this and can use your posts against you.
