Current bank account for 3 people: both parents and daughter

Hi, my dad wants me to set up a joint bank account for him, mum and me. Does anyone have any ideas for best bank account which allows both online and telephone banking for joint account with three people please?

So far, I've found that Barclays do allow joint account with three people, but just two debit cards - fair enough.0

Why ? These days, bank transfers are more or less instant, what are they worried about ?0
