I can't remember how much I've spent today. I know at least £10 on fuel and food at work.

    Evening all
Hubby had a NSD as he sent our son out to buy his own sausages for breakfast!
But I went to Makro and stocked up on washing powder, loo rolls, cling film and foil which cost over £60 but should last about 5 months. (Getting prepared to start the november grocery challenge!)
Sold our pine bedroom furniture through the local paper for £200 and hoping to sell our roof box and bars soon.
Hoping to retire earlier than 67!
  • Hello again - Things did not go quite as well as I wanted.

I spent my 40p on a paper, £2.28 at my slimming class, then bought heaps of treat size chocolate (on offer) at Tesco (£3.78) and then spent £2.32 at Morrisons - £1.79 of which was grocery - and the remaining 53p was on some end of day reduced stuff - 2 lots of quorn 'ham' slices, garlic bread & a soft cheese, garlic & herb roule thing. Great bargains, and tasted all the better for it. Total for today £8.38. Not good

Was planning on a nsd then OH realised he needed coffee as we've invited some people over tomorrow morning (day off work :j) and he's run out. Went to tescos and bought something else we forgot whilst shopping yesterday - total spend £3.03 so not bad.
