Good Afternoon

I had quite a big spend yesterday on shopping
I thought my top up shop would be about £20 - £30 but it was infact £58 :eek:
My excuse is that we are really low on food - due to moving, didnt take our fridge and had a new one delivered so all the food had to be eaten up beforehand
Anyway, today - NSD. I shouldnt have anything to spend, so its 3rd NSD this week

I would take it neat. otherwise, drop two teaspoonfuls in some water/tea. and you might want to squeeze half a lemon in there: it WILL get rid of your sore throat
