Investec Structured Products

Has anyone used/invested in structured products with Investec?

One is offering 10% a year (with capital at risk)

Another is offering 1.75x market returns with no capital risk http://www.investecstructuredproducts.com/content/dam/structured-products/files/Launch%2082/Investec_EDGP65_Bro_82.pdf

It looks like you need a IFA to get these setup.

I've invested in these over the years. You need to understand that with the investment products your capital is at risk with them. Saying that I've done well over the years earning over 10% per year and up to 16% per year at one point.

You can use an execution broker such as Cavandish and pay their £35 if you don't need any advise.

SCARPS have no FSCS protection and are 100% loss of capital potential. The guidance to IFAs is to invest no more than 5% of investible wealth with one market counterparty and not more than 25% overall in SCARPS. How does that fit with you?
