                    Hi all,
For a few years, all has been fine with my account successfully preventing overseas bidders but in the last 2 weeks I have had two buyers, both of whom are based overseas. To clarify, they didn't pose as UK buyers and then ask to have the item sent elsewhere; their accounts clearly state Based in x country. Just wondering how and why this has happened, as I did go back and check buyer requirements and all is as it should be.

I'm having real issues with this and eBay keep telling me it's only me affected. My settings keep reverting to sell worldwide, as eBay have been less than helpful I now just reset my requirements every few days.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. My buyer requirements did reset once, which was annoying. While you're here, can you help with something else please Soolin?
I have moved house and updated ALL my addresses on eBay. Item listings show my correct new location but when I go to print postage labels, for each one I have to edit my returns address to my actual address and can't find a reason for it.0 -

As the postage is outsourced there's probably another bit somewhere under te postage tab on the left hand side that needs changing. I don't use ebay postage so I don't know where the info is to check, sorry.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. See, it is also the returns. I had a return forced on me and it went to my old address even though on my account when I checked, it was clearly showing my correct address as my returns address. eBay weren't interested, so I lost the money and the item. This actually happened twice.0 -
In ebay, go to Print postage labels or invoices
On the second page, select Edit Invoice/Postage Label Template0 -

The eBay postage labels do not actually show the shipping cost and as I offer free postage, I don't care what buyers can and cannot see anyway as they can't complain!0
